did bckup of full movie SHERLOCK HOLMES A GAME OF SHADOWS to disc then played it om my dvd player and noticed it was pixelated why was this

Please copy the same disc to hard disk and playback the copied DVD, tell us if there is the same problem. You can refer to http://www.idealdvdcopy.com/copy-dvd-hard-disk.htm to learn how to do.
Then insert the original DVD and click the icon on the left top corner of Ideal DVD Copy main form, click "Export bup files", send the exported .buz file to support@idealdvdcopy.com for analyzing. Thanks.

If you are using the Divx 6.9.2 Codec in the confguration profile, then you may want to click on the "configure" button next to it. The default video resolution is "Square Pixels", which is why why your rips are Pixellated. I dont know what the best settings are, but "Square Pixels" is certainly the worst. Just experiment.

This issue isn't caused by the codec since Jude1 just use the dvd copy program but not converter program.
