I try to use the preview to determine which episodes are the different "chapters" but when I only have 3 episodes there are something like 8 chapters. How do I determine which chapter is what episode. I tried to click the box and then hit preview, but maybe there was a glitch in the system becuase it kept saying "click a section to preview" or something like that.
How do I record just an episode or 2 on 1 disc and then put the other episode on another disc?

You may use "Select episodes" mode to copy this dvd. Then you can choose the episodes you wanted to copy and burn to one disc. Refer to http://www.idealdvdcopy.com/copy-dvd-hard-disk.htm#C to learn how to use this copy mode.

As for the preview issue, please send us the bup files of the dvd to analyze. You may click on the top left corner of ideal dvd copy, then click "Export bup files" menu to export it. We'll check what's wrong. Thanks.
