Today, we received a lot of report from our users that they failed to copy the DVD Waiting for "Superman"

By analyzing the files, we found the DVD really has copy protection, and it also has a lot of fake titles and PGCs. We've find a solution to remove the copy protection and has uploaded the decryption file to our server. Users who're using Ideal DVD Copy v3.2.5 may just re-copy the DVD and you should succeed.

If you still failed with version 3.2.5, maybe the edition of your DVD is another one, please keep the DVD in your DVD drive, then just click the icon on the left corner of Ideal DVD Copy, click "Export bup files", then send the exported files to support@idealdvdcopy.com, we'll analyze it and give you a solution within 24 hours.

BTW, you may click , then click "About Ideal..." to see the version you're using. And you may download the latest version 3.2.5 from http://www.idealdvdcopy.com/dvd-copy.htm .

I also attach the solution here, to avoid the users whose computer isn't connected to internet can't use the decryption file from our server.

Those users may first download the rsolution.zip, then unzip it, click the icon on the left corner of Ideal DVD Copy, click "Import PCL" to import the file you just unzipped. Then re-copy the DVD.
