We've fixed the two DVDs, if you still failed to backup them, please first ensure you have installed the latest v3.2.3, you may download it from http://www.idealdvdcopy.com/download/Id ... opy323.exe . Then please make sure you have download the new fix to your PC. You may click on the left top window of Ideal DVD Copy, then click Check Update to download the fixes. Once you got a message said updated finished, then you can begin to copy your DVD.

If you want to convert the DVD to mp4 or avi format, please first download the updated version of our converters from http://www.idealdvdcopy.com/download.htm .

Added: The DVDs have special structure, if you want to compress them with Entire disc mode, please follow the steps below:

1)Click the "Configuration" button which is beside the "Start" button, click "Shrinking" tab, check "Custom", then changed 4482 to 4200. Then click "OK".
2)Compress from the original DVD to blank DVD.

P.S., the problem only happened with a few certain DVDs, I suggest you changed the value back to 4482 after you finished burning the DVD.

If yes, just keep the DVD in your DVD drive, then click the icon on the left top window of Ideal DVD Copy, click "Export bup files" and save the exported .buz file, then send it to us, we'll help you fix it within one work day.
