Step 3. If you still can't solve your problem, please
describe it in detail. Then please click Windows' Menu "Start"->"All Programs"->"Ideal DVD Copy"
or "Ideal DVD to iPod Converter" or "Ideal DVD to
PSP Converter"->"Export log" to export the log file of our program, then attach it to support@idealdvdcopy.com .
