Great hotel, great value, had a fab break!

Read other reviews, think some people are just being picky! really liked our room, although other reviews suggest they are small, i think its perfect size and the room has everything you would expect from a modern hotel. it was clean and had a comfortable bed, on-suite shower/toilet room, fitted with all mod cons and with a great view! couldn't ask for more.
reception staff are friendly and helpful, location is perfect, opposite haymarket train station and ideally situated to walk into town and explore edinburgh without using public transport.
overall we had a great break, made better by good accomodation.
we would definately stay here again.

Enjoyable stay

Hotel was in a great location. right across the road from haymarket station whcih was very convenient. the room itself was very modern and very clean however very very small. we had very minimal room to open our suitcases however this was forgivable considering location, the price and the cleanliness of the hotel.
