Abba Hotels has free medical service for its guests through an agreement with hospital group Quirónsalud. The service includes:
- Immediate Telephone Consultation: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Doctor on site.
- Ambulance transfer to a Hospital.

Service not included in Andorra, Germany and Chile.
