• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 4 days before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before reservation date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of reservation date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
• All changes and cancellations are subject to our standard Refund Policy

• BlocHaus uses liquid chalk and chalk balls only, please keep any powdered chalk stowed away

• Child rate applies for children aged 0–16. Children must be under the supervision of a parent or adult guardian at all times. Adult-to-child supervision ratios apply. • A one-to-one adult-to-child ratio for climbers aged 0–5 applies at all times. Adults must provide constant supervision and be within arm’s reach of their child
