Excellent quality

The Agilest Duro clincher is an outstanding tire. It is reasonably light, very durable, has excellent grip even on wet roads, and rolls fast and smooth, unlike so many other training tires on the market that ride like bricks. I got approximately 3,600 miles on my last set without a single puncture. As a ride leader for the local Los Angeles Rapha chapter, I depend on the Agilest's reliability to get me through rides without incident; no one likes having to stop change a flat, and a ride leader who flats on rides is a particular buzzkill for the group vibe (not to mention a potential risk for all those following in the train behind).

A few times, out of necessity, I even successfully rode the Agilest Duro for stretches off-road on groomed dirt trails that were scattered with a quantity of goat-heads that would make Swiss cheese out of many other tires on the market. I eventually wore the rear tire tread down to the cords without realizing it, and nevertheless, it did not fail. (Needless to say, I replaced it promptly when I discovered I was riding with exposed cords.) The new Agilest Duro (non-TLR) is an improvement on the previous iteration, Panaracer's Race D, which was itself already quite a nice tire. If Panaracer were to release the non-TLR Agilest Duro with a traditional tan sidewall (not dark brown), I'd smash that buy button faster than greased lightening. I highly recommend these tires (and have, in fact, recommended them to many friends and RCC members).

Aaron,

Thanks for the great review!
We're glad you trust Panaracer to get you through your rides!
Keep rolling!!!!

Best clincher tires I have ever had!

From the packaging of this product to its amazing performance on Mexican poorly maintained roads, I am happy to give this tire 5 stars.
Normally I don't bother to review my purchases, but this one exception I make because it truly deserves recognition.
I have used these tires -along with Panaracer inner tubes- for over a year and have re-ordered a pair because I could not be happier.
Zero flats and check out their weight!
They also roll amazingly smoothly and the grip (I only ride on dry weather) is without fault, feels very planted on fast descents.
Thanks!
Daniel (avid cyclist for over 40 years)

Thanks for the great review, Daniel!
Wishing you many more years of happy riding!!
