The POR-15 Petrol Tank Sealer is the finest tank sealer you will ever use and the only tank sealer you will recommend. The tough flexible coating chemically bonds to the inside of your tank forming an incredibly strong permanent seal.
POR-15 Fuel Tank Sealer is totally resistant to all fuels, alcohols and petrol additives. It seals leaking seams, cracks and pinholes stopping all further corrosion dead in its tracks. A leaking fuel tank can be deadly; welding a tank is suicidal.
POR15 will restore your tank as good as new.
DO NOT PUT LID BACK ON THE CAN ONCE OPENED OR IT MAY EXPLODE!
Please note for complete protection, please use the Cleaner/Degreaser and the Metal Prep prior to using the sealer. Otherwise the sealer may not adhere properly to the surface.
Please note that once the tank sealer has been applied you CANNOT re seal over as it will not adhere to itself.

– 8oz (236ml) will seal a 4-1/2 US Gallon tank (17 litres, 3-3/4 UK gallons)
– US Pint (473ml) will seal a 9 US Gallon tank (34 litres, 7-1/2 UK gallons)
– US Quart (946ml) will seal a 18 US Gallon tank (68 litres, 15 UK gallons)
Not Suitable for Plastic and Fibreglass Tanks.

I have put this stuff in five motorcycle tanks,the first time I tried was in a Honda superdream tank which was rusty inside and four pin holes in the tank,that was three years ago and the tank as never leaked since,and not any problems with dirt in the carbs,this sealant is the dogs dangglers
