Shipping Policies

Due to high demand, all machine orders have slight shipping delays. Our customer care team is diligently working to get everything shipped as soon as possible. Please take advantage of our expedited shipping options if you need your order before a specific date. If you have any questions on the status of your order, please email status@thecpapshop.com.

Shipping Policy: Free Shipping on all US Orders Over $99!

Free shipping is available on all domestic orders over $99 shipped to the lower 48 states (except for Nevada). The CPAP Shop works quickly and efficiently to help get orders out in a timely manner. Most orders ship the same day if an order is placed by 3:00 pm EST Monday-Friday.

The CPAP Shop uses United States Postal Service (USPS) for most shipping in the continental US. We also use USPS/UPS as an option for those customers wishing to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO and other US territories. For shipping to Guam and the US Virgin Islands we use United States Postal Service (USPS). The CPAP Shop does not currently ship to Nevada.

Quicker Shipping Options

The CPAP Shop offers many kinds of shipping options for every item, including the following:

  • First Class Mail
  • UPS SurePost
  • UPS Ground
  • UPS 2nd Day
  • UPS Next Day

If you need your order faster than our standard UPS Ground, we recommend considering our other shipping options. Please note, that shipping options vary in cost, and will be communicated to you on the checkout page before the order is officially placed. Additionally, if you select an upgraded shipping option, the delivery date will also be guaranteed.

*For all expedited orders placed after 3:00 pm EST, please allow 1 additional business day for delivery. Expedited shipping is calculated by business days and does not include weekends or holidays. For example, if you are placing an order on Friday by 3pm EST for expedited delivery, it will be delivered by the next business day chosen unless Next Day Saturday delivery is available in your area and chosen as the shipping method.

General Shipping Information

All orders within the United States will be shipped using USPS or UPS Ground unless otherwise stated. The CPAP Shop does not currently ship to Nevada. You will be able to choose your preferred method of shipping before officially placing your order. Please note, that the shipping methods you are able to choose from will be determined during checkout and depend on the service availability in your zip code.

*Please note that the following products will ship and be insured by UPS:

  • All CPAP and BiPAP machines
  • All batteries
  • SoClean Sanitizer

PO Box Shipping Information

All orders placed that are shipping to PO Boxes will be shipped and delivered via the US Postal Service (USPS). All standard shipping and service rates will still apply.

Orders Under $99 Shipping Information

If your order is under the $99 threshold and does not meet our free shipping option, shipping costs start at $7.75. Your order will be delivered in 1-3 business days if it’s being mailed within the United States. The CPAP Shop does not currently ship to Nevada.

Additionally, The CPAP Shop offers First Class mail as a low-cost shipping option. This is a perfect solution when your order total is below the free shipping threshold, but you are not in a hurry to receive your order.

*We recommend choosing USPS to ship your product if you ordered a CPAP mask or part.

International Shipping Information

All international orders are shipped by Priority US Mail International unless otherwise stated. The delivery time for all international orders is 6-10 business days unless you choose a quicker option.

You can choose to ship your order quicker using the Express Mail International service. Delivery time is shortened to 3-5 business days. Delivery times and additional fees can vary due to the unpredictability of international shipping and customs. It is the customer’s duty to acknowledge and understand all potential duties, fees, and taxes that may occur. International shipping charges will not be reimbursed to any customers who refuse to mail back a shipment.

Shipping Errors

If you notice any issues with your order, including wrong or missing items, you must report it to The CPAP Shop within 2 days of delivery. You can contact us by calling 866-414-9700. If all representatives are busy, you can email us at returns@thecpapshop.com and the time of your email will be recorded. The CPAP Shop is not responsible for any wrong, lost, or damaged shipments reported or discovered after 2 days.
