Covid Test Video Verification Service
This service is suitable if you already own a Flowflex Lateral Flow Test (aka Antigen Test) and need your test to be observed to verify the result. Please note we can only verify Flowflex brand Covid Tests.
Test Verification Appointments are available in as little as 1 hour, 7 days a week (9am – 5pm, subject to availability).
This is a “service only” product – no test kit is provided. If you need a test as well as observation and verification of the result please purchase our Fit to Fly Antigen Test with Observation.
Please note that it is one person per observation slot per purchase. If you require two tests to be observed, then you will need to purchase 2 appointments.
How this test works
Step 1
Confirm eligibility
We can only verify your test and provide a Fit to Fly Certificate if you have a Flowflex brand Lateral Flow test. It is also your responsibility to check that this type of test is accepted for entry to your destination country.
Step 2
Book an observation with a trained advisor
Book a slot for your covid test verification appointment when you purchase this service.
Step 3
Take your observed test
Attend your online video appointment with your own Flowflex Covid Test (not provided) and take your rapid antigen test under the supervision of our trained advisor.
Step 4
Receive your results certificate by email
We'll send you the results within 2 working hours (between 9am and 5pm). If your result is negative you'll get a doctor signed Fit to Fly Certificate including a QR code.
