Please note that Dr. Sears’ 100% guarantee covers products purchased in the last 90 days.
In order to receive your 100% money back guarantee, all you need to do is return the bottles and provide a reason you are returning.

Once the products are received, your order will be refunded within 3 to 5 business days.
If the product you want to return is more than 90 days old please contact our Customer Care department for return instructions.
Shipping Information
Orders are shipped from our Connecticut warehouse via USPS First-Class Mail or UPS Ground. Please contact us if you need express service or if you have other shipping preferences.
When you place your order online, we will send you an email confirmation of your order and a notice of shipping to the e-mail address you provide.
For small orders 16 ounces or less, we utilize USPS First-Class Mail shipping, which may deliver via USPS Mail Innovations. For larger orders we typically choose UPS Ground.
Domestic shipments deliver in 7 to 10 business days but could take longer depending on your location. Please note that we do not require signature on any of our deliveries so UPS could leave the package at your door.
International shipments ship via USPS First Class Mail with appropriate customs forms attached. Once the package crosses the US border our customers then accept the responsibility to retrieve the packages from their local postal agency or carrier as well as any corresponding customs fees. Primal Force does not pay for customs or duty fees on behalf of our customer nor can we offer a refund on them. Delivery times do typically take a minimum of 21 Mailing Days.
Standard shipping fees start at $8.95 per domestic order and start at $25.95 per international order.
Auto-Delivery Orders: You’ll never pay shipping & handling for as long as you’re on Auto Delivery. For International orders, shipping rates do apply.
