1. These terms relate to the Grosvenor Casinos “Beat The Timer” promotion (“the Promotion”).
2. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
3. This Promotion is only available on the Website and therefore access to the internet is required to enter the Promotion and to claim a prize.
4. By taking part in this promotion, you hereby agree to these specific promotional Terms and Conditions and to our standard terms and conditions.
5. The promotion will run from 10:00 UK time on 22 January 2024 until 24 March 2024 (the “Promotional Period”).
   
   

Eligible players

6. Eligible players must be:
   1. Aged 18 years or over at the time of entry
   2. A new or existing player with grosvenorCasinos.com
   3. Able to view this promotion in the “Promos” section of their account

Overall Mechanics

7. Each Eligible Player is entitled to beat the timer once per day during the Promotional Period.
   1. Players must match all pairs before the timer ends to win a prize.
   2. If the player doesn't match all the pairs before the timer ends, they won’t win anything.
8. Players who have guessed correctly will have a chance to win one of the following prizes daily:
   1. Free Spins;
   2. Live Casino Bonus;
   3. Slot Bonus;
   4. Sports Free Bet;
   5. Weekly Poker Freeroll tickets;
   6. Cash;
9. The outcome of the prizes is determined at random.
10. There is no other alternative to the stated or awarded prizes in whole or in part.

Claiming a prize

11. Once won, prizes must be claimed in the Winning Pop-Up message by clicking “ACCEPT”, prizes are then allocated to your account accordingly.
12. By clicking “ACCEPT” you acknowledge and agree that you are accepting the prize in accordance with the terms and conditions.
13. All prize types must be claimed by 23:59 on the same day.

Free Spins

14. Free Spins are only valid on the games listed in the winning message/Active Bonus section in each Eligible Player’s account.
15. The number of allocated Free Spins are listed in the winning message/Active Bonus section in each Eligible Player’s account.
16. To receive the Free Spins, customers must launch the game listed in the winning message.
17. Customers have 24 hours to click “claim” after launching the game.
18. After clicking "claim" customers will have 3 days to use their free spins before they expire.
19. Free Spins value is 0.10p per spin.
20. Any funds won using the Free Spins (the “Winnings”) will be credited as cash.

Live Casino Bonus

22. Live Casino Bonus values may vary and are determined at random.
23. Prizes awarded as Live Casino Bonuses have wagering restrictions attached (as defined below).
24. The bonus will be available to claim in the “Bonuses” section of the Eligible Player’s account for 24 hours. Failure to claim the Casino Bonus will result in the bonus expiring.
25. You have 72 hours from the date the bonus is added to your account to fulfil any wagering requirements before the bonus expires and the remaining bonus balance is forfeited.
26. Once you have claimed this Bonus, you will only be permitted to withdraw any winnings contained in your Bonus Balance once the Wagering Requirements have been met.
27. You can withdraw funds in your Cash Balance at any time. However, upon withdrawal of some or all funds from your Cash Balance, you will forfeit any funds in your Bonus Balance which have not yet met the stated Wagering Requirements.
28. The Requirements are as follows:
    1. The Bonus amount needs to be wagered, as stated below, before any winnings can be withdrawn. The maximum winning amount of bonus eligible for conversion into cash is £100.

Sports Free Bet

36. The Free bet token can only be redeemed on Sport bets.
37. The Free bet token value is not included in bet returns.
38. The Free bet token must be used in its entirety in one bet transaction. It cannot be used to place a succession of smaller bets.
39. The Free bet token cannot be combined with ‘real money’ stakes.
40. The Free bet tokens expire 72 hours after credit.

Weekly Poker Freeroll ticket

42. IMPORTANT: To register for the Poker Free Roll you must create a Poker Alias at least 12 hours prior to the start date/time of the Freeroll tournament
43. The Poker Freeroll will take place on the following Tuesday at 20:00 UK Time.
44. The Poker Freeroll will have a £500 prize pool.
45. To be eligible for a part of the Poker Freeroll Prize pool you will need to register and play in the allocated free roll.
46. Customers will receive an official invitation and additional instructions via email by Midday on the same day the Poker Freeroll is taking place.
47. Communication preferences can be updated at any time – changes take up to 24 hours to take effect.
48. The maximum amount of entries customers can claim for the Poker Freeroll per week is 1 entry.
49. It is possible to receive more than 1 Poker Freeroll ticket in any 1-week period, where this occurs, an alternative prize will not be allocated.
    
    

Cash

50. One player to win the £100 cash prize daily.
51. The prize has been accepted; the cash will be allocated to the winners account accordingly.
52. Cash prize does not have a wagering requirement and playable on any games.
    
    

General terms and Conditions

53. Grosvenor Casinos reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time. This will be without prejudice to any customer who has already placed a qualifying bet.
54. Grosvenor Casinos reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify any claim. If breach of these rules, or fraud is suspected, Grosvenor Casinos may refuse to process the claim.
55. Grosvenor Casinos reserves the right to remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include, but are not limited to; using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws; “Parking” cash funds in any product vertical or games to complete bonus wagering with minimal risk to cash funds.
56. This offer is not available to all Grosvenor customers. Customers who have been advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion.
57. As part of our normal regulatory obligations, Grosvenor Casinos may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation. 
58. Customers whose accounts have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when a Promotion has ended will have their bonus/prize forfeited.
59. We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, this may affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers. If you have already opted in or are wagering towards completion of a bonus, your ability to complete the bonus will not be affected by these restrictions
60. Grosvenor Casinos is the sole arbiter of this Promotion, and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered.
