While we make every effort to dispatch orders within our estimated times, during busy periods delivery may take an additional 2-3 workings days on top of the lead times provided.
If you need your order for a specific date, Express delivery is available.

UK Standard Delivery 2-3 Working Days
Orders for delivery within the UK will be shipped on a Tracked 48 service with Royal Mail and usually arrive within 2-3 working days, once dispatched.
- UK orders over £50 (excluding P&P) qualify for free Standard delivery.
- UK orders over £75 (excluding P&P) qualify for free Express delivery.
- UK orders under £50 are charged at £3.99.
UK Express Delivery
- UK Express delivery is available from Monday-Thursday on orders placed before 3pm using our Express Delivery option.
- To use this option, please select 'Express Delivery' on the Your Shopping Bag page.
- UK Express Delivery costs £7.99 per order.
- Orders are delivered between 9am and 6pm.
- Some exceptions apply - see full details of our Express Delivery.
European Union
- The total shipping cost is displayed on the Your Shopping Bag page when you select your country.
- Orders to the European Union shipped using standard air mail usually arrive within 10 working days once dispatched.
- Expedited delivery is also available for EU countries - see full details.

- For countries outside of the European Union, your order is shipped via standard air mail and usually arrives within 15 to 20 working days once dispatched.

We will send you an order confirmation email once you have placed your order and a shipping confirmation email once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. If your order has not arrived within two weeks after the latest estimated delivery date, please let us know!
