If the intended recipient isn't there to receive their Roses, then we will do our best to ensure they are left in a safe place. If we cannot see a safe place, it will be returned to us and we will need to arrange for re-delivery, please refer to the What if no one is home tab below for further detail.

We do not recommend or take responsibility for deliveries to hotels outside of London. See delivery FAQs below for more details.

  • UK WIDE NEXT DAY: MON - SUN (£9.95)

    For next day delivery, order by 9pm, or place your order for any other date.

    We do not recommend or take responsibility for deliveries to hotels, hospitals or businesses. This is due to deliveries taking place up to, and sometimes after 7pm or because the delivery has been taken in docking areas, non-manned receptions or other locations.

    Deliveries to hospitals, airports, schools, colleges, universities are highly discouraged because we cannot guarantee a designated delivery area that will ensure the order gets to the recipient in good time.

  • CAN I PICK UP IN STORE?

    Unfortunately this service is no longer available.

  • WHAT IF NO ONE IS HOME?

    If it's possible your recipient is not going to be there when we deliver, you must tell us where we should leave their gift (front/back of the house or with reception/neighbour).

    If the recipient is not home, the couriers will leave the box of roses outside the house where they deem safe.

    Please be aware that if the courier finds no safe place to leave the order, delivery may be delayed until the next day. An unsafe delivery might be if there is no sheltered place to leave the roses, or if there is no access to the building, apartments or condominium.

  • Delivery Areas

    DELIVERY AREAS

    Please be aware that we cannot be responsible for orders to business addresses left with the mail room or reception after they are delivered. All business deliveries will be left at the reception unless you request for us to call the recipient. In the event the recipient does not answer the call, the roses will automatically be left at the reception counter or mail room.

    Deliveries to hospitals, airports, schools, colleges and universities are highly discouraged.

  • VALENTINE'S DAY & MOTHER'S DAY ORDERS

    Due to popular demand during Mother's Day and Valentine's periods, we offer a specially curated range, guaranteed to please your recipient. During these periods, however, please note the following.

    • No address changes are possible once the order is submitted unless the order has not yet been prepared, packed or allocated to a courier.
    • No special delivery times can be requested.
    • Special delivery requests cannot be made during valentines day periods.
    • Valentine's period is from Feb 1st - 15th Feb, during this period these delivery terms will apply.
    • Non-Valentine's Day promo codes cannot be used during Valentine's day period.
  • HOW WILL MY PURCHASE BE PACKAGED?

    We professionally arrange our roses on a bed of tissue with their care instructions in our beautiful box. Made from sustainably sourced materials, it has become well known as the protective layer for a special gift. Don’t take our word for it, read our reviews here.

  • CAN I INCLUDE A PERSONALISED MESSAGE WITH MY ORDER?

    Of course! Before the final checkout, you'll be prompted to enter your personal message. We only include what you enter in your message, so if you wish to send anonymously then simply leave your name (or any other revealing details!) out of the message

  • DELIVERY DURING PROMOTIONS

    When promotions are on, these exclude delivery dates beyond two weeks period of any given promotion

  • DELIVERY DURING PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

    We close on Public Holidays, except for Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day weekend.

  • UK DELIVERY EXCLUSIONS

    We offer next day delivery across the UK excepting Northern Ireland, Jersey, Highlands of Scotland and Guernsey.

  • INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

    Looking to send roses to a loved one overseas? No problem! We offer international delivery in the following locations. Please select the appropriate locations according to where your recipient lives.
