Delivery 

We only deliver to the United Kingdom.

Super Saver UK shipping – £3.95

Delivery is within 2-3 working days, mainland UK only.

Express shipping – £5.95

Delivery is within 1-2 working days, mainland UK only.

Next Working Day shipping – £7.95

Delivery will take place on the Next Working Day after you place your order, if ordered before 2pm Monday-Friday, at a charge of £7.95 for most mainland UK addresses.

This service only operates Monday to Fridays, not at the weekend, so if an order is placed (before 2pm) on a Friday, the delivery will take place on the following Monday or Tuesday. If an order is placed over the weekend it will leave our warehouse on Monday and be delivered on Tuesday.

NB: Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands have a standard shipping charge of £6.95 for all deliveries, please allow an extra 1-2 working days. Next Working Day Shipping does not apply to these regions. 

FREE Shipping when you spend £50 or more. This offer only applies if the entire order is being delivered to one address, not multiple addresses. Offer applies to mainland UK only.

Advanced Order Date - £4.95

You can select a 2 day window 4-6 weeks in advance to have your order delivered at the perfect time for your gift. In the checkout, simply select the date window you wish delivery to be made and select the "ADVANCE ORDER (CHOSEN DATE RANGE) (£4.95)" shipping option.

Enter the delivery postcode on the shipping estimator on the cart page to establish the exact amount, as islands and more remote parts of the UK can be more expensive or not available for Next Working Day shipping.

 

No quibble returns and refunds


If, for whatever reason, you wish to return your goods to us, or report that you haven't yet received your order, you have up to 30 days after purchase to do so.

Once we have received them back, if all is present and correct, we will issue a full refund by crediting the original payment method. Please enclose details of your order, or name and address so we can trace the original order. 

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@microbarbox.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Sale items will be refunded at the sale purchase price, as detailed in the original order.

Shipping

If you wish to return your item, please contact us via our live chat or our contact page.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
