RETURNS
If the products are unused and in their original unopened packaging or if the item is faulty, you can return the products to us within 30 days of purchase for either an exchange or refund.
You can either drop the item back to us at our Jermyn Street store or send it back to us via trackable post. Please make sure to include proof of purchase in your parcel. We will only be able to refund you the cost of shipping back to us if the product was faulty.
Taylor of Old Bond Street cannot exchange or refund items that do not arrive.
