Home delivery

  • Home Delivery is free for orders over £60. For orders below £60, the service costs £3.90. Once dispatched, your order will be delivered in 4-5 working days* not including weekends or bank holidays.
*Please note that in orders of more than one product, your purchase may include more than one delivery, in this case, you may receive your order on different dates. You will be able to track your purchases and know the estimated delivery date by accessing your order through the website. *Please remember that deliveries might take longer than usual during sales and promotional periods. We deliver to the UK (except Ireland, the Channel Islands, and Gibraltar).

Collect from store

  • If you want to pick up your order from a Pepe Jeans store, you can select “in-store delivery” during checkout. Locate your nearest store.
  • This service is free, and your order will arrive at your selected store in 2-4 working days. Once your order arrives, you have 10 days to collect it. Please remember to bring a valid ID.
  • This delivery option is only available in countries that have Pepe Jeans stores.
  • We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
  • Your selected store must be in the same country as the Pepe Jeans website you purchased your order from.

Delivery status

  • You can check the delivery status of your orders at any time by going to “My Orders” in your customer account. To access your account, click here.
  • If you place an order as a guest, you can track the delivery status using the email address that appears in the purchase confirmation, or by clicking this link.
  • If you have any doubts about the status of your order, you can send us an email at store@pepejeans.com.

Returning in-store purchases

  • All orders originally placed in a store must be returned to a physical store. This includes Save the Sale purchases made in store.
  • In-store returns are processed and refunded using the same payment method that was used to make the original payment.

  • The time taken for your refund to arrive depends on the payment method.
  • Physical stores are only able to process returns for orders placed in the same country.
  • Those items purchased in an Outlet store can only be returned in a store of the same type within the same country. Likewise, in Outlet stores, returns of items purchased in full-price stores will not be accepted.

Returning online purchases

If for any reason you want to return an online purchase, you can do so within 30 calendar days of receiving it. There are two ways to do so, and both are free of charge.

Option A: In store

  • You can bring your return to a physical store, where it will be processed and you will be refunded using the same payment method that was used to make the original payment (credit/debit card, PayPal).

  • The time taken for your refund to arrive depends on the payment method.

  • Physical stores are only able to process returns for orders placed in the same country.

Option B: By courier

Once we receive your returned items, we will give you a full refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days, using the same method that you used to make the purchase.

Instructions for returning Pepe Jeans London items, as simple as it gets!

  • 1. Pack the item/s carefully. We suggest you reuse the original box and packaging.
  • 2. Stick the return label to the parcel.The return label is already included in the box, make sure it is clearly visible with the address and barcodes not covered.
  • 3. Mail the package. Please take the parcel(s) to your nearest drop off point -you can find the nearest drop off point following this link https://www.royalmail.com/services-near-you

You will not have to pay postage for this parcel. Please make sure you keep the receipt and/or proof of posting.

Standard home collection or drop off request (downloadable label)

Depending on whether you are a registered user or not, the returns process is slightly different:

Registered users
  • 1. To access your account, click here, locate the order you want to return, and click on "Make return".
  • 2. You will be taken to our courier’s website, where you will be able to choose your return method: you can either take the parcel to a collection point or arrange for it to be collected from your home*.
  • 3. Fill in the form to generate the returns label. Download and print the label, then stick it on the box. Remember that each box needs its own label. If you need more than one repeat these steps to get as many labels as you need.
  • 4. Prepare the items in their original packaging or in another cardboard box. Finally, ensure the box is properly sealed.
* If you are not home when the courier calls, you will need to contact them to schedule a new collection time.
Guests
  • 1. As a guest, you can manage your returns by clicking the link in your confirmation email, or click this link and follow the steps outlined above.

Please remember

  • The items must have all their labels and be in perfect condition. Underwear, beachwear and perfumes cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations.
  • All items purchased online must be returned via the same online store. (If you choose to return a purchase by courier, you must return it to the same online store that you bought it from).
  • If you would like to exchange your order, we recommend requesting a free return and placing a new order, at no extra cost.
  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service team. All products purchased on pepejeans.com are carefully checked to ensure they are free of defects.
