PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. The Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) daily from a 24 hour period (from 19:00-18:59 UK Time) from 19th January 2022 until further notice (the “Promotional Period”).”).

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

2. This Promotion is available to customers of galabingo.com (the “Website”) who:
   1. have a verified Website account;
   2. are over 18 years old; and
   3. are eligible to receive Website promotions.

3. An Eligible Player cannot enter the Promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which an Eligible Player may access their Website account can be found HERE.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION

4. To participate in this Promotion an Eligible Player must:
   1. access the Slots Tournaments Lobby;
   2. opt in (once per Eligible Player per Slot Tournament) (defined below);
   3. launch the Tournament Game (defined below) from the Slots Tournaments Lobby; and
   4. play the Tournament Spins (defined below) in the Slot Tournament within the Tournament Duration (defined below).
5. The opt in period for each Slot Tournament will open as soon as the tournament is visible to players on the schedule and close 10 minutes before end of the Tournament Duration. Times and tournament durations can be viewed on the Slots Tournaments lobby.
6. Eligible Players that enter a Slot Tournament will all have an equal amount of Tournament Spins, of equal value.
7. Eligible Players will collect points from Tournament Spins and will be entered on the leaderboard.
8. Eligible Players who rank on the leaderboard will receive a reward

SLOTS TOURNAMENT MECHANICS

9. There will be one slot tournaments held on a daily basis during the Promotional Period on the Slots Tournaments Lobby(the “Slot Tournaments”).
10. Each Slot Tournament will detail the following:
    1. “Tournament Game” - the specific slots game(s) which can be played as part of that Slot Tournament;
    2. “Min Bet Amount” – the minimum stake that Eligible Players must bet per spin. Any spins made with stakes lower than the Min Bet Amount will not collect points (Please note that this section will also indicate whether the Slot Tournament is Free to Play);
    3. “Maximum Spin Limit” - the maximum number of spins that an Eligible Player may make during that particular Slot Tournament that may collect points. Any spins made after the Maximum Spin Limit is reached will not accumulate points and will automatically stop the Eligible Player’s score from increasing; and
    4. “Tournament Duration” - a pre-defined time limit for which each Slot Tournament will last. Only bets made during the Tournament Duration may accumulate points.
11. Each Tournament Spin displays a bet value of €1.00. This is solely a token and has no value either cash or otherwise.
12. A winning outcome of any Tournament Spin will display winnings; they are for visual purposes only to show a ‘win’ for the purpose of collecting points. Any winnings displayed hold no value either as cash or otherwise.
13. Eligible Players must play through the Tournament Spins to collect points to gain a ranking on the leaderboard.
14. Only Tournament Spins played within the Tournament Duration will accumulate points.
15. The result of each Tournament Spin will determine the points collected by the Eligible Player.
16. Points are collected in three ways:

    Consecutive losing spins

    1. Any wins
    2. Boosted points for multiplier wins
17. Points are awarded as follows:

    Outcome	Points
    Three consecutive tournament spins which result in a loss	1
    Tournament spin which results in a win	3
    Tournament spin which results in a win 5x the bet unit	10
    Tournament spin which results in a win 10x the bet unit	25
    Tournament spin which results in a win 25x the bet unit	70
    Tournament spin which results in a win 50x the bet unit	150
    Tournament spin which results in a win 100x the bet unit	300
    Tournament spin which results in a win 250x the bet unit	1000

18. Eligible Players will be awarded for the outcome with the highest value of points. For example, if an eligible player lands a win of 15x, the eligible player will be awarded with 25 points as per 10x multiplier.
19. For each ‘multiplier win’ players will receive points for the multiplier win and will also receive an additional 3 points as the Tournament Spin resulted in a win. For example, if a Player lands a win of 100x, the eligible player will be awarded with 300 points for the multiplier win + 3 points for the win – a total of 303 points.
20. The Tournament Game will display to the Eligible Player, in real time, their collected points plus their rank on the leaderboard. The leaderboard and Eligible Players’ rankings are only finalised at the end of the Slot Tournament once the Tournament Duration has completed.
21. An Eligible Player can return to real money play at any time by clicking on the ‘Play For Real’ button. Real money bets will not contribute to the Slot Tournament.
22. If the Eligible Player leaves or is disconnected from the Slot Tournament, the Eligible Player is able to resume play by re-entering from the Slots Tournaments lobby to continue to use their remaining Tournament Spins, as long as the Tournament Duration has not ended.
23. If the Slot Tournament finishes while an Eligible Player is in-game: players will be notified via an in-game message.
24. Please note any progress on the Jackpot trail in Tournament mode will not transfer over to real play.
25. If Eligible Players are in the middle of an unfinished Tournament Spin once the Tournament Duration has ended, it will complete but will not collect points.
26. If an Eligible Player does not use all the Tournament Spins within the Tournament Duration, the remaining Tournament Spins will be forfeited.
27. Eligible Players could hit a bonus or free spins round within their Tournament Spins. If the Eligible Player has not completed their bonus or free spin rounds within the Tournament Duration, points will not be collected.
28. The leaderboard will reset after each Slot Tournament.
29. Slots Tournaments taking place each day from Monday to Sunday during the Promotional Period will issue different amounts of ranking positions per Slot Tournament. This can be checked per Slot Tournament on the: Slots Tournaments Lobby.
30. At the end of each Slot Tournament, Eligible Players who have gained a ranking in the leaderboard will receive a Reward. Ranking positions that will be paid out per Slot Tournament will be detailed on the Slots Tournaments Lobby.
31. Rewards available include; Free Spins only. Details of the rewards will be displayed on the Slots Tournaments Lobby.

REWARDS SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS

33. Eligible Players that are still in-game (real or free mode) will receive a pop-up at the end of the Slot Tournament Duration confirming their finishing position on the leaderboard.
34. If the Eligible player is not in-game when the Slot Tournament finishes, they will need to return to the Slots Tournaments lobby ‘See Your Results’ to confirm their leaderboard ranking.
35. Winning Eligible Players will receive an inbox message at the end of the Slot Tournament giving full details and the value of their reward. An Eligible Player will also be able to find full details and value of the credited reward on the either the Offers page, which shows free spins and casino bonuses, or the Promo History page which shows cash rewards.
36. Rewards will be credited to Eligible Players Website accounts automatically within an hour of the Slot Tournament ending. In the event of any technical difficulties, the rewards will be credited by 7pm the following day.
37. A free spins reward must be used by an Eligible Player within 72 hours from the day the free spins reward is credited to their Website account, otherwise they will expire and will not be re-issued.
38. Any winnings from a free spins reward will be credited to the Eligible Player Website account in cash. There are no wagering requirements to the winnings obtained from the free spins reward.
39. There is no cash alternative to the free spins reward.
