- Depending on the location of our warehouses, delivery times can range from 1 to 2 business days to 3 to 5 business days. This detailed information will be presented to you when selecting products on our online store.

Shipping costs
- Standard shipping with EVRi
We charge a £5.95 shipping fee for standard deliveries – irrespective of the value of the order. No customs duties apply for customers. All customs duties will be borne by BIRKENSTOCK.
Invoice and delivery address
You can specify an address other than the invoice address for delivery of your order. First enter your invoice address for the order. Then click on the 'Enter different delivery address button'. The only payment option for which a different delivery address is not possible is purchase on account.Delivery within the UK
Please note than we can only deliver orders submits to birkenstock.com/gb to addresses within the UK and only to customers with a UK invoice address.
