Cancellation and Curtailment |
| 3.1 | The following cancellations policy only applies to the bookings made directly with the sure parking Ltd by the customer. Bookings made through booking agents must be cancelled directly with the booking agents and are subject to the terms and conditions of the individual booking agent. |
| 3.2 | All cancellations must be made in writing by email to info@sureparking.co.uk. All refunds will be made within 14 days of cancellation. |
| 3.3 | Under the Sale of goods and services and data protection legislation, you have 14 calendar days starting from the day after the booking is confirmed to cancel your booking and receive a full refund minus a £10 administration fee, unless the service has already commenced. |
| 3.4 | SURE PARKING LTD’s standard refunds policy as below. |
| a) | Cancellations before 48 hours to the start of the contract - £10.00. |

| 4.3 | All customers are requested to make a full check of their vehicle when it is returned to them at the airport and a signature from the customer to say “I have checked my vehicle and confirm I am fully satisfied that it is in the same condition in which it was left with Sure Parking Ltd”. Any damaged claimed to have been caused whilst in the care of Sure Parking Ltd should be reported now to the SURE PARKING LTD driver who returns the vehicle. If a customer decides to make a claim later, then the burden of proof that the damage was caused by a negligent or wilful act by SURE PARKING LTD will lie with the customer. |
| 4.4 | Please note that small stone chips, dings and minor scratches including those on alloy wheels are excluded from the inspection as they are part of normal driving conditions. All cars get a second inspection at our base. Acts of nature are beyond our control and we accept no liability for them including bird poo, dust, pollen and rain. |
| 4.5 | Sure Parking accepts no liability for any loss or damage howsoever caused unless proved to be caused by the negligence, wilful act or default or breach of statutory duty of the employees of Sure Parking Ltd. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits Sure Parking's liability for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of one of its employees. Sure Parking will not accept liability for damage arising from circumstances beyond its control including acts of God, acts of nature, terrorism, war, riots, flooding, damage by vandals, criminal activity. |

| 4.8 | We accept no liability for any faulty car keys, alarm fobs, house or other keys left on the key ring. You must ensure you leave the drivers with the right keys, alarm fobs and instructions to start your vehicle. |

Customer responsibilities |
| 5.1 | You must make sure that, at the beginning and end of the parking period, the vehicle is in a legal and roadworthy condition for driving on public roads. You must not leave any dangerous, toxic or illegal substances in the vehicle. You will be held liable for any fines, liabilities and consequential loss we incur from a failure to do this. Sure Parking reserves the right to refuse your vehicle on the day and no refund will be given |
| 5.2 | You must let us know about any vehicle immobiliser, automatic security feature or modification to the vehicle (including any for disabled use) that might affect how it handles or operates. |
| 5.3 | You must check the driver's seat and the mirror positions (which may have been moved) when you reclaim the vehicle. |
| 5.4 | The customer warrants that he is the owner of the vehicle or has the power to deal with the vehicle as if he were its owner. |
| 5.5 | If at the end of the parking period the vehicle will not start, we may attempt to start the vehicle using an anti-surge starter pack. If you don't want us to do this, you'll need to tell us in advance. We'll not be responsible for any damage caused by this attempt. |
| 5.6 | Upon presenting the vehicle to the sure driver, the client must ensure that the followings:
(paragraphs 1, 2, 3 & 4) are carried out. 1.Ensure that all of the vehicle’s windows are securely closed. 2.That all removable personal possessions are removed from the vehicle including sat nav system. 3.That only the keys to the ignition are entrusted to the sure driver. (Sure parking cannot be held accountable or responsible for any other items or keys handed in with the ignition keys and advice that clients remove these additional items before the handover takes place.) 4.That all of the recording equipment installed in your vehicle is switched off. Due to the privacy of other clients and security of our parking areas we do not allow recording devices into our car parks. |

Reclaiming the vehicle and lost receipts |
| 6.1 | You must produce the receipt or ticket we have provided when you reclaim the vehicle. If you lose the receipt, or ticket, we will need proof of your and the vehicle owner's identity and we may make other enquiries we think are reasonable. Failure to produce the receipt or ticket will delay your departure. We'll charge £10 admin fee. |
| 6.2 | If you realise that the receipt or ticket has been lost or stolen, you should let us know immediately and send us an email with your name, address and booking reference. This should tell us not to release the vehicle until you return. |
| 6.3 | We may refuse to return your keys to you if we believe either that you are not fit to drive or that the vehicle is not in a legal or roadworthy condition. |
| 6.4 | If your vehicle is not collected on the booked date and time, an extra charge of £10 per day will payable on collection |

Complaints procedure |

Moving the vehicle |
| 8.1 | We will keep the vehicle in one of our car parks. You agree to us driving your vehicle within and between car parks. |

General |
| 9.1 | If you have a disability and need special help please let us know when you make your booking. |

Only the Car Key should be given. 4.8 In the event that the car acquires a puncture whilst in our possession (including slow punctures) we reserve the right to charge either to inflate the tyre or for the changing of the tyre. 4.9 In the event that the vehicle dose not starts due to a flat battery, we reserve the right to charge for our time in attempting to start the vehicle. We will not be held responsible for any consequences that may result as a direct result of us having to jump-start your vehicle. 4.10 In the event that we have to pick you up from the Terminal Building, due to a mechanical failure of your vehicle, we reserve the right to charge for this and any associated costs that we may incur. 4.11 We require the Customers to have a spare key for their vehicle, which would we require be taken with the customer. 4.12 During certain busy periods or lengthy periods of stay, your car may be parked in any one of our Secondary Secure Compounds which could be up to 15 miles away (one way), depending which terminal you have dropped your vehicle off. *Please note the security level at these secondary compounds may not be at the same level as the main compound. 4.13 In the event that your vehicle needs to be repaired as result of our negligence, it must be carried out by our own approved organisation. It will be your responsibility to deliver and collect the car from the garage at your own cost. We will not authorise or agree for any works to be carried out by dealerships even in the event of the vehicle forgoing its warranty. 5.Exclusion and limits of our responsibility 5.1 Any vehicles parked by the customer personally at a Car park/Hotel do so entirely at their own risk. 5.2 Loss or damage covered by your own insurance. No vehicles will be covered for Theft/Fire/Flood or any other intervening act of nature whist the vehicle is in our custody. 5.3 Any indirect /direct loss as a result of damage or loss to the vehicle (such as loss of earnings/missed flights etc.). 5.4 We will not pay more than £10,000 for loss of or damage to the vehicle. 5.5 We endeavour to deliver your vehicle back to you within 45 mins depending on traffic, weather conditions. 5.6 We will not be held liable for any delayed or missed flights /car hire charges as a direct or indirect result of our service. 5.7 We will not be responsible for any minor scratches or dents (whether marked on this document or not) which may not be possible to identify in confined times and weather conditions. 5.8 We will not be responsible for any chips or broken glass to the vehicle whether mention on this document or not. (Sure parking cannot be held accountable or responsible for any other items or keys handed in with the ignition keys and advice that clients remove these additional items before the handover takes place.) 4.That all of the recording equipment installed in your vehicle is switched off. Due to the privacy of other clients and security of our parking areas we do not allow recording devices into our car parks. |

Reclaiming the vehicle and lost receipts |
| 6.1 | You must produce the receipt or ticket we have provided when you reclaim the vehicle. If you lose the receipt, or ticket, we will need proof of your and the vehicle owner's identity and we may make other enquiries we think are reasonable. Failure to produce the receipt or ticket will delay your departure. We'll charge £10 admin fee. |
| 6.2 | If you realise that the receipt or ticket has been lost or stolen, you should let us know immediately and send us an email with your name, address and booking reference. This should tell us not to release the vehicle until you return. |
| 6.3 | We may refuse to return your keys to you if we believe either that you are not fit to drive or that the vehicle is not in a legal or roadworthy condition. |
| 6.4 | If your vehicle is not collected on the booked date and time, an extra charge of £10 per day will payable on collection |

Complaints procedure |
| 7.1 | All customers are requested to make a full check of their vehicle when it is returned to them at the airport and a signature from the customer to confirm “I have checked my vehicle and confirm I am fully satisfied that it is in the same condition in which it was left with Sure Parking Ltd” will be taken. Any damage claimed to have been caused whilst the vehicle in the care of Sure Parking Ltd should be reported to the SURE PARKING LTD driver who returns the vehicle. If a customer decides to make a claim later, then the burden of proof that the damage was caused by a negligent or wilful act by SURE PARKING LTD will lie with the customer. |
| 7.2 | We will write and acknowledge a written complaint within 5 working days of receiving it. |
| 7.3 | If you can send us any extra information we may ask for and (if necessary) make the vehicle available for inspection, we will try to give you a written decision within 30 days. |

Moving the vehicle |
| 8.1 | We will keep the vehicle in one of our car parks. You agree to us driving your vehicle within and between car parks. |
| 8.2 | During the movement of your vehicle other staff might be present, in the vehicle, for training and observation purposes. |

General |
| 9.1 | If you have a disability and need special help please let us know when you make your booking. |
| 9.2 | If any provision of these terms is found by any court to be wholly or partly illegal, invalid or unenforceable, unfair or unreasonable then it shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions which will continue in full force and effect. |
| 9.3 | Our drivers and other staff do not consent to being filmed, recorded or photographed on any media without the express written prior consent. |

Overview : LG Parking - Meet and Greet We provide meet and greet services helping you save money and enjoy your time away knowing your car is safe.We are different to most meet and greet services, and hope you will agree that we provide a new standard for service levels and good old hard work.
This parking is perfect for disabled passengers as you won't need to catch a transfer bus. If you need help getting in and out of your vehicle or if you have a specially adapted vehicle please call us and one of our team will contact the Service Provider for you Insurance All drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle. Please check Service Provider's terms for further insurance details or ask us if you have any queries. Vehicles Vehicle must be in roadworthy condition / legal. If the chauffeur believes that your car is either unsafe or not road legal then they may refuse to drive your car. No refund will be made in these circumstances. Parking is for vehicles that fit in to a standard sized parking space. Extra charges may be applied for vehicles that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Service Provider prior to booking. Amendments /Cancellations: Allowed up to 48 hours prior to drop off date. Admin charges applicable on cancellations. Check our terms for full details. If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged. Please check Service Provider's terms for rates. Hints,Tips and Additional info Please take a copy of your confirmation email with you on your day of travel. Please make sure to check your junk/spam mail folders. You can also view you booking details in My Booking section. You must allow sufficient time to drop off the vehicle and complete airport departure procedures. Please take in to account traffic delays or breakdowns. If you are late or early, please call Service Provider as soon as possible so that they can rearrange drop off/return and you are not kept waiting. Last minute changes or no advance notice may result in delays to drop off/ return times. Park Mark Award/BPA approved Service Providers had their car parks inspected/approved to required standards. Any parking is at your own risk and subject to service provider's terms and conditions, so we ask that you don't keep any valuables in your car. Check your vehicle carefully at pickup and report any issues to driver and ensure these are logged on the paperwork. Claims cannot be considered once your vehicle has left the terminal / car park. Make sure you have read and understood our and Service Provider's terms before purchasing. If you require any additional detail or have any queries about terms, please get in touch with us. Important Service is operated by Sure Parking Limited. Full instructions will be provided in booking confirmation email. Mobit provides price comparison and acts as booking agents for available Service Providers. Your chosen Service provider will take the vehicle, park to their car park and return the vehicle.
