All orders from Pour Moi are lovingly shipped from the United Kingdom. We dispatch orders within the UK 7 days a week so you can receive your lovely items as quickly as possible. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on shipping option.

However, if your order has already been processed by our warehouse, we will be unable to make any amendments and the parcel will be dispatched as ordered.

COST BELOW £65: £4.00
COST ABOVE £65: FREE

Next Day Delivery

ESTIMATED DELIVERY: Order by 4pm for Next Day delivery
COST BELOW £65: £7
COST ABOVE £65: £3.50

UK delivery please note:

• Delivery times and dates are subject to our service provider.
• UK Standard & Free delivery, we will send your order using the Royal Mail 48 Tracked service.
• UK Royal Mail Next day delivery, we will send your order using the Royal Mail 24 Tracked service.
• UK Royal Mail Next day delivery, orders must be placed before 4pm to be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 4pm will be processed on the following day.
• UK DPD Next day delivery we will send your order using the DPD Next Day service.
• UK DPD Next day, orders must be placed before 2pm to be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed on the following day.
• UK DPD Next day delivery is available for UK Mainland only.
• UK DPD Next day delivery is only available Monday to Friday.
• UK orders may be delayed over Black Friday and Christmas period.

Please note that delivery outside the UK may be subject to duties and taxes depending on the destination of the parcel. These additional fees will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout and depending on the destination of your parcel, you may have the option prepay these duties & taxes or pay them once you receive your order.

• Standard Rest of World orders placed after 2pm Friday and over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
• Express Rest of the World orders must be placed before 2pm UK time Monday - Friday to be processed on the same day.
• Please be aware of delayed delivery times during bank holidays and busy times such as Black Friday.
• Delivery to Rest of the World may be subject to additional import fees depending on location.
