UK DELIVERY
Order placed by 3pm between Monday to Friday are usually despatched the same day. Orders are not despatched on Saturday, Sunday or UK public holidays.
All payments are fraud checked and this may delay your order until checks have been completed.
The below delivery costs and timescales do not apply to watch repairs or special order items. On occasions, at our discretion, we may request that orders are only delivered to the registered card holder’s address.

Collect in store
The collect in store option is available if you wish to collect the item from our Wembley, London store. Please note at present we are not offering collection from any other location.
The order will be available to collect the following working day after you have placed your order. If the order has not been collected within 5 working days from the date of your order, we will proceed to cancel the order after this time period.
Free UK Delivery
Free standard and tracked delivery is not a guaranteed service.
For orders that do not arrive within the quoted time scale, you will be required to wait 15 working days before we can investigate these further.
A signature may be required based on the value of the order.
Tracked UK Delivery
Tracked delivery is not a guaranteed service. Royal Mail usually deliver within 3-5 days.
Standard Tracked delivery service is free for orders over £40.00. The Tracked Next working Day service costs £4.95.

Guaranteed UK Delivery
For guaranteed delivery we recommend you select “Guaranteed Next Working Day” service at check out.
All payments are fraud checked and this may delay your order until checks have been completed. Please contact us before 4pm if you would like to know the status of your order.
Guaranteed Next Working Day service costs £8.95.
A signature will be required for this delivery service.
Missed Delivery
Missed deliveries can be collected from your local Royal Mail sorting office. Local sorting office addresses can be found on the Royal Mail website.
Royal Mail will store parcels for a certain number of days before they are returned back to us. Additional delivery charges will apply to resend items due to missed deliveries.
Failed Delivery
Additional delivery charges will apply to resend orders which are returned back to us as “undelivered”.
If you decide to cancel and refund an undelivered order, actual delivery charges will be deducted from the order total even if the order has been sent with a FREE delivery service.

For international deliveries we use Royal Mail International Signed delivery which does not offer a guaranteed delivery time. Non-deliveries can be investigated after 30 working days.

Available items
Items shown as "Available" on the website have estimated availability and despatch date. Items will be despatched as close as possible to the date we have provided in the order confirmation. If there are multiple items on the order, the complete order will be despatched once all items are ready to be fulfilled. Please note this is subject to change if there are supplier delays and therefore will inform you if there are such delays. The delivery time scale is in addition to the estimated date of despatch.
Restriction of Selected Products to International Customers
Cleaning products such as liquids cannot be despatched outside of the UK. Any orders received will be cancelled automatically.
Due to commercial agreements in place in certain countries by brands that we sell in the UK some products cannot be despatched outside of the UK. Please see below:
Rotary
We cannot despatch Rotary watches to the following countries:
China, Hong Kong, Macau, S Africa, Russia, Australia, S Korea, Vietnam, Japan, Lithuania, Canada, Indonesia
