Shipping Information

International orders are shipped via FedEx International. Fedex International delivers in 3-5 business days to most locations.  Shipping rates are based on weight and destination.  Exact shipping fees will be displayed during checkout after the shipping address is entered.  Shipping to most countries will be between $28 to $46 USD for orders under 5 lbs.

FedEx shipments may require a signature if there is not a secure location for the driver to leave the package. FedEx does not deliver on weekends or holidays.  Orders of $250 or more will be shipped 'Signature Required'.

After placing your order online you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. FedEx shipments will also receive another e-mail with a delivery confirmation number on the day of shipping. This will allow you to track your package at www.fedex.com.

A $5.95 fee will be applied for any shipment sent back to us marked "refused" or "return to sender".

Products are refundable within the first 30 days from the date of purchase, excluding the shipping charge unless noted specifically on the individual product page. We cannot be responsible for actions of any Customs offices nor for reimbursement of any Customs fees if products are returned. Please insure returns to assure that they successfully arrive back to us. Please include the products along with a copy of your order invoice and a brief reason for the return.

Orders on dermadoctor.com are not intended for resale.  Please email [email protected] for wholesale inquiries.

Tracking Your Order

All FedEx shipments will have an assigned tracking number, which will be emailed to you with your final email confirmation. Track your package conveniently online at: www.fedex.com.

International orders, including Canada, are shipped via FedEx International.  For more details on international orders please see International Shipping.

Shipping Restrictions

Orders placed on dermadoctor.com are for personal use, and are not intended for export or resale. 

DERMAdoctor does not ship to freight forwarding companies. Orders placed to those addresses will be cancelled and refunded.

Products that have been designated as ORM-D by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) can only be shipped within the Continental United States.

Most of our packages are delivered by a combination of air and ground transport. However, the DOT prohibits air shipment of this item. We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible, but we also want to do it in compliance with DOT rules. That's why we require ground-only delivery, at our Standard Shipping rate, for orders containing DOT-restricted products.

**DERMAdoctor cannot ship DOT-restricted items to Alaska, Hawaii or military addresses.

Sometimes individual countries may hold up packages in their Customs for as long as 30 days.

Please note: items returned to us marked "Refused", "Unclaimed", "Unknown" or "Incorrect Address" are subject to an additional return shipping fee equal to the cost of the original shipping fee.

Canada: Some DERMAdoctor products are not available for shipment to Canada.  This information is noted in the Details section on each individual product page.
