I copied a movie" Behind Enemy Lines " and it came out with NO SOUND. I went to hard drive and played the movie and it was ok, plenty of sound. I went back and tried 3 diffierent burns and they all came back with no sound. I did other movies and they all burned ok with plenty of sound. I never changed any settings during this time. Any Suggestions what to look for???

If the copied DVD on hard drive is OK, it means the copying process should have no issue. Please try to play the original DVD on the same player and let us know if there is sound. Then insert the original DVD into your drive and click the icon on the left top of the window of Ideal DVD Copy, then click "Export bup files" and save a .buz file. Then please enclose this file and email to
support@idealdvdcopy.com . We will analzye it and give you some advice.
