Where does the subtitles go?

I've tried this a few times now, and given up:

I've tried ripping a DVD and a Bluray - the DVD to MPEG2 and the BR to MKV. I put a checkmark at the subtitle-track I want, but when I play back the rip in VLC, there are no subtitles, and none can be selected. There are no .srt-file either...

So, what am I doing wrong?

Did you choose the Original quality for output? And does this problem only happen on this movie? Finally please click the wheel button at the right top of Ideal Media Solution and left click 'Export Log' to export the log file to support@idealdvdcopy.com .

I tried it with a DVD and two BR's now. For the BR's, I choose MKV and original quality, for DVD MP2 and also original quality - but no subs...

Bonus question: Shouldn't it be possible to select more than one Sub-stream? I can't...

Sorry, the Original(Quality) output will only copy the original audio and video stream data directly, don't recode, so these two outputs don't support subtitle output. Please choose other Quality mode for output, you should get the subtitle, the output with other Quality mode is also very good.

And we can support one subtitle output, sorry.

I have created a playlist in iTunes.
However, when I open Squeezebox Server, the play list does not appear.
I am assuming that iTunes saves the list somewhere withing MyMusic/iTunes, but I cant find it, and there does not appear to be anything in iTunes about where the playlists are stored.
Any ideas?
