I can burn Total Recall 2012, however I lose the audio portion of the BluRay movie. I get a message that says "cinavia message error 3 has this been fixed?

This hasn't been fixed.. You would need to play the movie in a non infected Blu-ray player or software. As far as I know this isn't an easy fix as the protection is in the audio.

I'm watching ISO files on daemon virtaul drives and watching them with Cyberlink PowerDvd 14 Ultra, with that said, would it be a software issue?

You may try other BD software, or open .m2ts under \BDMV\STREAM\, this file is to store the video and wmp or vlc can open it(the largest one is generally for main movie).

Are we sure that release is the remaster or another reissue of the old disc?
Definitely upgrading Terminator if it is, and maybe Total Recall if it is a new transfer as well.
