Some user reported us, when playing dvd copied by ideal dvd copy with windows media player on computer,he got pop up warning: ' DVD playback not enabled for this player. Click OK to use InterVideo WinDVD for playback'. Then using windvd, even failed to play the dvd well. In fact, the video is played, but no audio. And he can play his other video(.avi format) well.

fixing:
1) make sure not choose wrong title/audio track with 'movie only' mode, since the customer used the entire disc copy mode, go next,

If you choose 'movie only' copy mode indeed, and don't know if you chose the right title/audio track, keep your original dvd as the source of ideal dvd copy, then click the icon on the left top of the window of Ideal DVD Copy, then click "Export bup files" to export them, and you will get a .buz file , email that file to support@idealdvdcopy.com .
2) make sure the original dvd can be played well on computer, if not, go next,
3) since the original dvd has the same problem, it seems there is something wrong setting on the computer,
then since the video file can be played well without any flaw, the audio device is on good condition, the problem happened maybe because some dvd codec missing, so we suggest hime download ac3 filter, and he feedback us this solved his problem.
