tried burning Toy Story and the burning process stayed at zero, I changed the burning speed and still got nothing
im using an external dvd drive, I tried a documentary movie and it went through no problem

If you mean Ideal DVD Copy for windows, please click the icon on the left top of the window of Ideal DVD Copy, then click "Export log file" to export IdealDVDCopy.ilz and send it to
support@idealdvdcopy.com for checking.

You cant set the burning speed in DVD MF7. I dont know why its that way in this version.
