I accidently purchased the wrong software - I accidently bought 'ideal DVD Copy' ($39.97)- I wanted to buy instead 'Ideal DVD to Ipod Convertor' ($29.97) - is it possible to make an arrangement whereby I can obtain the required application and be reimbursed the cost?
