I keep getting the following error "the information of VTS_31_0.ifo is error" what does this mean as it will then stop and not continue.

Maybe the DVD is another edition we haven't fixed, please insert the DVD to your DVD drive, then click the icon on the left top corner of Ideal DVD Copy main window, click "Export bup files", then save the exported file and send it to us, we'll analyze it and help you as soon as possible.
