Ideal DVD Software.Forum

I'm having a problem copying the new Star Trek movie. I was copying it to an 8.5 GB disc and everything seemed to be going well but the disc tray popped out and nothing seems to be happening. The interface says burning, the time left is at 0:00, I can't do any thing with it. The copy button is a gray square. Any ideas????? Thanks

You may meet a burning issue. Double layer disc is picky and usually has more issues than single layer disc. Now please click the icon on the left top of the window of Ideal DVD Copy, then click "Export log file" and you will get a IdealDVDCopy.ilz file. Please save it and enclose it in the email to support@idealdvdcopy.com . We'll analyze it and give you some advice.
