How to solve "Can't locate configuration file"?

The issue happened because our program failed to put the profiles to the specified directory for some reason. You may export the log file of our program, then send it to support@idealdvdcopy.com , then we'll help you to solve it. (You may click windows menu "Start"->"All programs"->"Ideal DVD to Avi Converter" or iPod converter or PSP Converter ->"Export log file" (left click, don't right click) to export it.

I expierenced this today and it did it after I had already copied about 3 or 4 movies today. I emailed the file like you guys requested. Thanks for your help in advance.
