Ideal DVD Software.Forum

I am trying to convert twilight to ipod perfect quality (mpeg-4,.mp4). It starts of saying 32 minutes and after 1 hour now says 10 more hours. What am I doing wrong. I don't run any other programs when I am using Ideal dvd to ipod converter. Desperately need help.

Maybe the original DVD isn't in good quality or it is another edition which we haven't fixed.
First, please play the original DVD on the drive you used to rip it to check if it can be played well.
Then, click "Menu"->"Export ifo files" to export the ifo files of the original DVD, save the exported files and email to support@idealdvdcopy.com . We'll analyze it and give you further help.
