Ideal DVD Software.Forum

Sorry to post here, but I am a new user evaluating ideal dvd copy and dvd2avi,
I am having problems with dvd2avi getting the following "Can't locate Configuration file".
Have not been able to find in my search in this forum.
I have tried re-installing and even found and install idealDVD2AVI201b.exe, but i continue to get the message.
I am running windows 7.
I really like the products, but have not been able to test dvd2avi.
I am sure this has already been solved.
Please be so kind to point me to the solution.

I'm sorry. The problem happened because our program failed to put the profiles of our program to the specified directory for some reason. Now, please click windows menu "start"->"All programs"->"Ideal DVD to AVi Converter"->"Export log", then you will get a IdealAVILog.gz file, just save it and upload it here or email to support@idealdvdcopy.com, we'll analyze it and tell you how and where to copy the profiles.
