I have a different problem with the Shutter Island movie. I'm using the DVD to Ipod converter program. When
I preview the selected video, it looks fine. I rip, it and then try to copy it to my ipod and all I get is Audio.

Does anyone have any idea as to what I am doing wrong

You mean, there's only audio when playing the ripped .mp4 file on your iPod, right?
How about playing the .mp4 file on your PC?
