Hi, Jude1

Just checked your log file, and found you haven't press start button to begin. In fact, this dvd we've already fixed, but the decryption files is on the server, only when you press start button, our program can know its internal info, and then access our server to check if there's a fix for it. So don't be puzzed by the large size, just click "Start" button to try. If there's still any issue, please re-export the log file to us. Thanks.
