Hi sometimes when I am burning I get this message FAILED TO ATTEMPT SOMETHING COUNT this happens during the closing session mode and takes ages to close then I have to reboot my pc to get the disc out then close the programme :?

That process should be finalization the burned disc. Do you always use the same kind of media? Maybe it isn't highly compatible with your burner. Please export log file to support@idealdvdcopy.com, we'll check it and then give you exact instructions.

We should not have such error prompt "World initialisation failed". Please let us know the details of your problem. Which product? What operation?

I'm trying to create a container on an Ext Drive, formatted MS-DOS Fat32 . Size is 30GB. But about 10 through the initialisation process I got a message that the initialisation failed.

Anyone got any ideas why this would occur?

If I can't solve this problem I can't use this software which worked so well when I had PCs.

Sorry, can not fully understand your meaning, do you use our program? What program for mac?

Do you mean you got the error when you reinstalled Ideal software, or restoring the system?

Hi.

I?m a newbie and have searched the Forum with no success.

I get this message when trying to decrypt messages.
"Decryption failed" - "This message could not be decrypted"

Retroshare version 0.5.5b Revision 6876
Windows XP S3

Please help.

It's not a issue with Ideal DVD Copy. You may contact the support of the software that you are using.
