Please kee the dvd in your drive, then click the on the main form of Ideal DVD Copy, then click "Export bup files" menu, save the exported file and send it to our support team, we'll help you as soon as possible.

The problem is resolved. I updated the Ideal DVD Software version and then it worked properly. It seemed that my Dvd player did not see the DVD. When I checked it although the Dvd was in, it was like there was no disc in it...
