Hello all--Each time i'm asked to load a Blank DL DVD into my drive--I get a message that states The DVD is not blank--Each and everyone i put in says its not a black dvd-SO what can be the problem? Thanks for any help..

Maybe the blank disc isn't highly compatible with your burner. Please click on the main form of Ideal DVD Copy, then click "Export log" menu, save the exported file and send it to our support team, we'll analyze it and help you as soon as possible.
