Ideal DVD Software.Forum

Have been a user of Ideal copy for a while, I've never had a problem before, but having loaded lastest version to my new computer, when copying a DVD. the Destintion options of copied movies shows only copy: To Hard Disc...and copy To Dvd Drive..option is no longer showing.

The problem happened mostly because our program didn't found a DVD burner on your computer. Please first make sure if your DVD drive is a burner but not a combo. You may also click the icon on the left corner of Ideal DVD Copy, click "Export log file", then you will get a .ilz file. Just save it to your desktop and email to support@idealdvdcopy.com, we'll help you check it.
