hi just tried this dvd on two pcs it's reg 2 the file size is rather big!!!!! will send in email tried on here but failed

What's the name of this dvd?
Usually if a dvd shows a large size and our program can't cpy it, then it must have new protection.
Now, please just insert the dvd to your dvd drive, then click

on the main form of Ideal DVD Copy, click "Export bup files" menu, then send the exported file to support@idealdvdcopy.com, our stuff will help you as soon as possible.

DEVILS BRIDGE they sent file but still error ocurrs during shrinking!! sent log file back just waiting for reply :?:
