How to find the Ideal software that was sent me?
Posted: 15 Mar 2012, 19:13I downloaded the Ideal DVD Software, but, being a nubie, I cannot locate where to look to use it after it completed. It is not in my "Programs" File.
That's strange.
Maybe you can try the following method to re-install it again.
1. Log on your windows with adminstrator account
2. Turn of firewall or anti-virus programs. (usually they won't block our program, but just in case)
3. Re-install our program and don't change the default directory.
Let me know if you can see the icon of our program shows up in your desktop, and if it is listed in your program files. Thanks.
