d/l disc
trying to put entire avatar on an 8.5 dl but if I try to put on hard drive it reads 56%, and if I select main movie it reads65%. nowhere does it give dl as a selection

It seems that you enable "always shrink to 4.7GB" option. Now, please click the "configuration" button which is beside "Start" button, then click "Shrinking" tab, uncheck "Always shrink to 4.7GB disc". Then try again. If your issue persists, please click , then click "Export log file", and you will get a .ilz file. Save it and attach it here or send it to support@idealdvdcopy.com .
