Ran into some trouble trying to back up my copy of Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel as well. Attached the BUZ file.

By checking the files, I found you have copied the DVD sucessfully. However, the DVD has been scratched slightly, so you got "The copying completed with ignoring some read errors". Don't worry, during the copying, our program just skipped the bad sectors and it won't affect the quality too much, you will just lose some scenes. You may play the copied files to check it.
BTW, you may play the original DVD on your drive E to check if it's scratched. It shouldn't be played well during chapter 6 and 8 of the main movie.
