changing burning engine

I am really new at this and keep getting this error about drop menus to change to burning engine 1. I don't have a clue how to this. All help appreciated

It's a burning issue. This issue is very complex, it depends on the media, the burner and the burning engine as well. Now, please click , click "Export log file", then you will get a .ilz file, save it and then uploaded here or just email to our support team, we'll give you exact instructions as soon as possible.
