I was wondering if there is a fix in the works for Up in the Air. I just tried it and it wouldn't work? Thanks

Yes, we've uploaded fix for "Up in the air" to our sever. Please click , then click "Check Update" to download the fix. Some users have reported that "Main movie only" mode works well. If you're using "Entire disc" mode, please follow the steps below to avoid wasting your blank DVD:

1) Copy the DVD to your hard drive with "Entire disc mode". You may choose "To hard disk..." from the "destination" dropdown list and select a folder on your hard drive as the target.
2) Playback the copied files on your hard drive to check if everything is OK, especially the main movie part.

If you meet any issue with the new fix, please send us all the .bup files of the original DVD. You may keep the DVD in your DVD drive, then click , click "Export bup files", and you will get a .buz file. Just save it and send it to our support team. We'll help you as soon as possible.

BTW, if you're using our converter program, you may just download the updated version from http://www.idealdvdcopy.com/download.htm to rip the DVD.

We just received feedback about "Entire disc" mode. The copied files can't be played well. And I'm sorry that we can't solve it without the original DVD. But main movie mode is OK. So please remember to copy the DVD "UP in the Air" with "Main movie only" mode.

P.S. We bought the same DVD to test, once we receive this DVD, we'll fix it as soon as possible.

Good news. We've fixed "Entire disc" mode of this DVD. Users can "Check Update" to get the updated fix.

Modified the fix again to solve no special features with "Entire disc" mode.

I tried the same procedure but it did'nt work. The entire disc or "Onlu the Main Movie" both failured.
I'm from Brazil. perhaps that's the reason why it did'nt work. is it possible?

Maybe. There're many editions of the DVD. Maybe yours isn't the one we known. Please insert the original DVD to your DVD drive, then click , then click "Export bup files", and then you will get a .buz file, save it and email it to support@idealdvdcopy.com, we'll help you as soon as possible.

We just fixed another two editions of the DVD. Users may just click , then click "Check Update" to download the new fixes to your PC. Then try to copy the DVD again. If you still failed, maybe your edition is another new one. Just click "Export bup files" to export all .bup files of the DVD, then we'll fix it as soon as possible.
