As usual, the DVD has a new copy protection. We've fixed five editions of the DVD and have uploaded the decryption files to our server. If you want to copy this DVD, please first ensure if you have installed the latest version of our program. Then make sure your computer is connected to internet, since our program need to access our server to get the decryption file to remove the copy protection. And note, don't run other DVD decrypters in the background, such as DVD43. anyDVD, DVDregion free, Passkey etc. Our programs can decrypt DVD alone.

If you still failed on this DVD with the latest version, maybe your dvd is another edition, please insert the original DVD to your dvd drive, then click "Export bup files" from the Menu and send the exported file to our support team, we'll help you fix it within one business day.
