Our latest versions can all rip it. Users may download the latest version of our programs from http://www.idealdvdcopy.com . This version can automatically access our server to get the decryption files. So please ensure your computer is connected to internet, and let your firewall, anti-virus software allow our programs to access internet.
If you still failed with the latest version, that mostly means the DVD you have isn't the same one as we fixed. Then please send us all the .bup files of the original DVD to us. We'll analyze it and give you a fix within one business day.
For Ideal DVD Copy users, may just insert the DVD to your DVD drive, open Ideal DVD Copy, click the icon on the left top window, click "Export bup files" menu, then you will get a .buz file, just save it and attach it in your email.
For Ideal DVD Converters, please click "Menu"/or "File"->"Export bup files" to export them.
